Steve Eggert has primary responsibility for project development, including acquisition, design, entitlements, and financing. Prior to forming St. Anton with Mr. Geremia in 1994, Mr. Eggert was a practicing real estate attorney. Mr. Eggert holds a Bachelor's degree from Claremont McKenna College and a law degree from Boalt Hall at U.C. Berkeley. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Army and was an Airborne Ranger. Mr. Eggert has served as a publicly elected official of the Sacramento Suburban Water District and as a member of the local planning commission. He is a trustee of Claremont McKenna College, serves on the board of the California Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Affordable Workforce Council of the Urban Land Institute. More>

Peter Geremia has primary responsibility for acquisition, project construction and management. In 1982, Mr. Geremia began his career in real estate development and construction as a development director for the Geremia Companies, a family-owned development business. Over the course of his career Mr. Geremia has managed the construction of over 6,000 rental apartment units. Mr. Geremia holds a Bachelor's degree from Santa Clara University. Julie Goldfine joined St. Anton Partners in 2005 to manage the accounting operations and to assist in the transition to a fully integrated property management division. Mrs. Goldfine is responsible for financing, accounting, human resources, information technology and administration for St. Anton Partners and its real estate development, investment and property management businesses. Prior to joining St. Anton, Mrs. Goldfine was the Accounting Manager for Parker Development Company. She was responsible for managing the accounting and human resources departments. Mrs. Goldfine started her career working in public accounting where she obtained her CPA License. Mrs. Goldfine holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of San Diego. More>

Andrew Worley, Vice President of St. Anton Management, Inc. has over ten years of experience in property management. Mr. Worley is responsible for an expanding portfolio of over 5,500 rental units throughout California. He oversees a tremendous team of regional managers and compliance personnel that have undergone extensive training in their fields, with an emphasis on customer service. Mr. Worley's team consistently maintains the St. Anton portfolio at occupancy rates above 97%. Mr. Worley joined St. Anton Management, Inc. in 2006 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Postgraduate Diploma in Finance from Lincoln University, New Zealand. More>

Robert Lawler joined St. Anton Partners in 2005. Mr. Lawler is responsible for site acquisition, entitlement processing and project financing for St. Anton's workforce housing projects. Prior to joining St. Anton Partners, Mr. Lawler worked as a lender for GMAC Commercial Mortgage, ARCS Commercial Mortgage Company, and Bank of America Community Development Bank. As a lender, Mr. Lawler specialized in financing multi-family rental projects funded with tax-exempt housing revenue bonds and Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Mr. Lawler provided both construction and permanent financing in markets throughout the Western United States. Mr. Lawler has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of California at Davis. Sean Rawson joined St. Anton Partners in 2010. Mr. Rawson is responsible for site acquisition, entitlement processing, and project financing. Prior to joining St. Anton, Mr. Rawson was a principal and co-founder of The Preface Group, an urban infill redevelopment company that developed and entitled over 250 residential lots in Southern California. Prior to forming The Preface Group, Mr. Rawson was a Vice President at O'Donnell/Atkins, a commercial real estate brokerage firm. Before his time with O'Donnell/Atkins, Rawson was a senior analyst at The Concord Group, a real estate market advisory firm where he consulted on residential and commercial projects across the Western United States. Mr. Rawson received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Claremont McKenna College, where he graduated with honors and was captain of the men's basketball team, and obtained his MBA from the University of California, Irvine. Trisha Malone joined St. Anton Partners in 2000 to manage the accounting operations and currently is in the development department where she manages the financial aspects of new and existing projects. Ms. Malone is responsible for all aspects of financing and equity related to new project development and the analysis of existing assets to ensure their financing structure is maximized. Prior to joining St. Anton, Ms. Malone spent five years in public accounting where she performed audits and prepared tax returns in addition to obtaining her CPA License. Ms. Malone holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from California State University, Sacramento. More>

Ardie Zahedani joined St. Anton Partners in 2011. He is responsible for site acquisition, entitlement, governmental affairs and advocacy. Prior to joining St. Anton, Mr. Zahedani was a principal in a consulting firm; where he entitled major development master plans and successfully advocated for complex multifamily projects. Mr. Zahedani previously served as the Political Director and Lobbyist for the North State Building Industry Association. He also served in the State Capitol as a legislative director, primarily focused on economic development and land use policy. Mr. Zahedani graduated from the University of California at Davis, where he was recognized as Kappa Sigma's Man of the Year. Mr. Zahedani chairs both the Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce's Political Action Committee and the Sacramento County's Employment Commission. In 2011, Mr. Zahedani received the Sacramento Business Journal's "Top 40 under 40" award for his community and business leadership. More>

Andy Davidson, Vice President of Hurley Construction, Inc. is charged with the responsibility of managing day-to-day operations and the building permit process. The superintendents of Hurley Construction report directly to Mr. Davidson, who joined the team in 2005. Mr. Davidson has since been responsible for the construction and rehabilitation of more than 2,400 residential units located in multiple jurisdictions. Mr. Davidson graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a concentration of Real Estate and Land Use Affairs. Mr. Davidson currently serves as an active board member of the North State Building Industry Association and on the Development Oversight Committee for the County of Sacramento. More>
