St. Anton's mission is to develop, construct,
manage and own a diversified portfolio of conventional
and affordable residential communities throughout
California. We focus on developing new properties
in premier locations, with a goal of long term
ownership.
As a fully integrated developer, general contractor and property manager, St. Anton is involved in every aspect of project development. This process starts with site selection and architectural design, continues through the permit acquisition and construction, and finishes with the management and ownership of the property.
