St. Anton also selectively invests in land and commercial real estate. St. Anton's principals, Steve Eggert and Peter Geremia, collectively have more than 45 years of experience in the real estate and construction industries. Prior to forming St. Anton, Mr. Eggert practiced as a real estate attorney and Mr. Geremia served as an individual real estate developer.

Since 1995, St. Anton has developed over 5,000 rental apartment units, and also invested in land and office projects; with a collective value close to $1 billion. St. Anton continues to own and operate the vast majority of these projects. St. Anton has earned a solid reputation for quality and integrity with its private and public partners. St. Anton has focused on private-public partnerships in the development of mixed-income multifamily projects in the Sacramento region. Recently, St. Anton has focused on the development of high density housing in central city locations.
